Your Opportunity

We're hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health's clinical team. Reporting to the Medical Director , you'll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where clinical excellence meets patient-centered care.

This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, operating at the intersection of:

• A Patient-Focused Approach - This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs. You will strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
• Excellent Communication Skills - Strong communication is key for interacting with patients, providers, and internal teams. Your ability to clearly relay complex medical information and accurately convey patient feedback is crucial.

What You'll Do

• Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
• Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
• Applying appropriate billing procedures
• Participating in quality control and improvement activities
• Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
• Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
• Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
• A CA AND PA APRN License are required - one or more additional state licenses is a plus
• Active CA Furnishing license AND PA prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
• Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

$130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
