Assembler

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible start time)

Position Summary

The Assembly Associate is responsible for completing final production steps for water filters, including wrapping, labeling, inspection, and preparation for packaging and shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and handle finished filtration products following work instructions

• Wrap completed filters and prepare them for packaging

• Apply labels and verify accuracy of product information

• Package finished goods and prepare for shipment

• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Track product counts and report any defects or discrepancies

• Support production team in meeting daily output goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat tasks accurately

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Basic math and counting skills for packaging accuracy

• Quality-focused mindset

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Temperature-controlled indoor manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working on a production line

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
