Minimum Qualifications:

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling ventilation products and components according to work instructions and quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Assemble ventilation units and related components according to specifications
Read and follow assembly instructions, production drawings, and work orders
Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
Perform quality inspections and functional testing on finished products
Package completed products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
