• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call

• Coverage Period: Ongoing

• Clinical Shift Schedule: 144 service hours per month (1,728 hours annually)

• On-Call Shift Schedule: Phone availability required

• Call Type: Phone Call

• Patient Demographics: OB/GYN patients

• Patient Volume/Census: TBD

• Admissions: Yes

• Rounding: Included

• Phone Consults: Yes

• Case Mix: Laborist and inpatient women's health services

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible required

• Indiana Medical License or eligibility required

• Subspecialty interests welcomed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Laborist coverage in an inpatient setting

• Manage labor and delivery patients

• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care

• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90–120 days from accepted offer
