Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family. Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class. Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week. Support daily operations such as folding uniforms or other tasks as directed. Qualifications & Personal Qualities Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful. You love having fun, can play like a child, and give high‑fives. You are eager to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good. Children and parents trust you; you are friendly and approachable. You balance excitement with focused work. You are likely to be in a good mood.
