Microsoft Dynamics - CRM Support

Experience/solid Dynamics + Salesforce, good support fundamentals, understand fast paced environment and has adaptability with modern tooling.
We are looking for candidates with:
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
• Ability to work directly with users via phone, meetings, and trainings
• Experience handling CRM tickets, issue resolution, and user onboarding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
This role supports global teams across US, UK, APAC, and AMEA and requires someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
