Packer Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience using counting scales and performing hand counts preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to identify and report quality or process concerns
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Transfer materials from Work in Process storage to Finished Goods storage
• Verify container quantities using counting scales and hand counts
• Accurately count and move parts throughout the warehouse
• Assist with packaging, unitizing, and preparing shipments
• Store finished goods in pre-assigned warehouse locations
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory documentation
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans
• Identify and report nonconforming products or process concerns to management
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workstations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area consistent with 5S standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts and warehouse process improvements
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating requirements
