General Job Description We’re looking for a sales rep who doesn’t want to be transactional, someone who wants to build trust, solve real problems, and create long-term customers. Prospect and engage target accounts through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic targeting. Open conversations with a consultative, value-first approach. Manage pipeline of assigned inbound web and BDR leads. Build trust with decision makers and stakeholders. Develop relationships that extend beyond the initial deal. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Prepare proposals that clearly communicate ROI and value. Manage pipeline and activity in CRM. Visit potential clients to better understand the client’s business needs and provide them the best Gridline solution. Interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services. Generates revenue by soliciting and preparing quotations for potential clients and current customer customers to obtain orders. Sales funnel management in CRM Platform. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
