Your role

• Build strong business partnerships with new and existing salon clients
• Understand each account's goals and work with sales leadership to meet them
• Represent Liquid Assets at classes, shows, and events, and communicate what we stand for
• Forecast your business accurately and keep sales leadership in the loop
• Meet and exceed your sales revenue goals
• Prospect and win new salon business across your territory

 

Who you are

• 3+ years of sales experience, B2B preferred
• A background in beauty, or a real passion for it
• A creative thinker and a problem solver
• A strong communicator and a natural at networking
• Confident with presentations and negotiation
• Comfortable working independently in the field, on the road most days, with some overnight travel across the territory
• Driven as an individual, but a true team player who supports your colleagues and the bigger picture

 

We're growing, and we're looking for an outside Sales Representative to join our team covering Alabama and Mississippi.

Liquid Assets was founded in 2003 to fill a real need in our industry: comprehensive education, professional products, and genuine business consulting for salons and spas. Our reps are the heart of that. If you know how to take care of customers and keep them coming back, and you understand how to go find new business, we want to talk to you. As a Outside Sales Representative, you'll get to know your salons well. You'll use that knowledge, along with your business sense and creativity, to help them solve problems and grow their business every single day.

The right person for this role is self-motivated and independent. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get moving. This is a field position, so you'll spend most of your week out on the road in your territory, in salons, face to face with owners and stylists. That's where the real work happens. If sitting behind a desk all day sounds like your idea of a good job, this isn't it.
