Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator oversees and coordinates the flow of products and services between sales, production, vendors, and customers, ensuring accurate job costing and smooth execution of orders. This role supports regional account managers with quotes, documentation, and customer communications while maintaining key sales and production data in company systems. The Sales Coordinator acts as a central point of contact between sales, production, and other internal departments, and may lead special assignments for the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales documents for regional account managers and communicate relevant information to other departments and external contractors as needed.
• Assist account managers with preparing quotes and managing customer documentation to support the sales process.
• Update and maintain sales forecast reports, new business trackers, chassis trackers, vendor deliverables, ERP records, and assist with CRM data management.
• Enter order information into the company database and ERP system, and collaborate with the internal accounting team on invoices and equipment billing.
• Update and enter product information and pricing within the ERP system to ensure accurate and current records.
• Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and license-to-manufacture partners to support timely project execution.
• Organize and lead meetings to initiate and track the progress of jobs, including master work authorization reviews, subcontractor progress meetings, and final sales walk-throughs.
• Prepare job cost summaries and provide monthly reporting directly to leadership.
• Communicate with the transport function to arrange and track the shipping of products.
• Respond to client questions regarding their accounts, orders, and sales-related products in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members from Marketing, Research and Design, and Finance to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
• Support and participate in special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Travel occasionally to attend trade shows or visit subcontractors as required.
• Work primarily in an office-based setting with some time spent in the shop environment as needed.

Work Environment

The role is primarily based in an office setting with standard business tools such as Microsoft Office software, phone systems, CRM, and ERP platforms used daily. The position may involve occasional time in the shop to coordinate with production or review projects, providing direct exposure to operational activities. The workplace emphasizes a professional, organized atmosphere with a focus on clear communication, coordination across departments, and maintaining a safe, smoke-free, and drug-free environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
