Senior Consultant, Business Solutions - Project Manager

Position Overview Senior Consultant, Business Solutions - Project Manager (“Project Manager”) drives execution of internal and external technology projects to completion, coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The role supports client‑facing licensed software implementations and internal initiatives such as data and analytics platforms, modernization of legacy systems, and other business‑critical technology, data, and automation solutions. Responsibilities People. Builds rapport with team members and fosters a positivity‑driven environment; provides mentorship and training as necessary; promotes accountability and collaboration across cross‑functional teams; establishes and maintains strong working relationships across the organization; engages in challenging discussions to drive results and remove barriers. Clients. Creates and maintains communication plans and protocols; coordinates with external clients on licensed software implementations to align timelines, deliverables, and expectations; provides regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies; facilitates project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews; supports identification of client use cases and feedback to inform ongoing technology and innovation efforts. Provides project management support for internal and external technology projects; coordinates day‑to‑day execution, tracks milestones, manages dependencies, and follows up on action items; maintains accurate project data in ClickUp to ensure visibility; manages project risks and issues, escalating as needed; supports requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into actionable tasks; assists with development, testing, and implementation activities; prepares and distributes project status reports; manages multiple concurrent projects; contributes to improving project management practices, workflows, and tool adoption; supports business development activities as requested; performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience; 3+ years related experience and/or training. Domain Application. Able to apply project management domain expertise with good judgment and impactful communication. Client Advocate. Proven ability to develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with internal/external clients resulting in client loyalty, trust, satisfaction and continued growth. Operational Excellence. Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access); strong internet navigation and research; experience with AI tools. Project Management Tools. Experience with ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar; experience with data analytics and/or visualization platforms. Professional Certifications. PMP, CSM, PMI‑ACP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or equivalent project, process, or program management certifications; Alteryx experience or certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license (required). Position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
