Pay Package: Competitive salary with productivity incentives, up to $425,000 starting salary plus signing bonus

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological procedures
• Conduct inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate with hospitalists for continuity of care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists from St. Louis Children's Hospital
• Utilize advanced surgical tools, including robotic-assisted surgery and onsite procedures like ultrasound and colposcopy
• Participate in shared call schedule ensuring work-life balance
• Document medical histories, exams, procedures, and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly
• Mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
• Support quality improvement initiatives and hospital outreach efforts
• Engage in ongoing professional education

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment
