Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate tailored therapy strategies designed to support their functional achievements
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate continuous growth beyond the clinical setting
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient developments and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective progress toward goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
