Hannibal also offers an on-site fitness center and coach, an on-site credit union, and a culture employees value for its family-friendly events, including a company picnic and annual softball tournament.**What We Have to Offer** * **Starting Pay: $19.67/hour*** $1/hour for hours worked on off-shifts* Up to $22.86 per hour **after 45 days of employment (based on completion of training)*** Up to $29.79 per hour **after 90 days of employment (based on completion of training)*** Up to 120 hours (15 days) vacation annually (depending on schedule)* 11 paid company holidays* 401(k) with company match* Medical, dental, life insurance* Career growth and cross-training opportunities**Your Work Schedule and Shift Information** * 12-hour shifts (Shift schedule will be determined upon hire)* 5:00 pm to 5:00 am* 6:00 pm to 6:00 am* 6:30 pm to 6:30 am* Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed* Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** As part of our manufacturing team, you will:* Support packaging and processing operations* Participate in equipment startup, changeovers, and shutdowns* Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance* Calibrate systems to meet required specifications* Perform quality and safety checks* Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives* Assist in training new employees* Support production tasks such as bagging, stacking, counting, paper feeding, oiling, and related line operations* Assist other plant areas as assigned**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * High school diploma or GED* At least 2 years of work experience* Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred* Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts* Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods* Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions* Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms* Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards* Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)* Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Manufacturing or production experience**應徵資格**應徵者須年滿 18 歲。**平等機會僱主 (EOE)**General Mills 是一家平等機會僱主。 所有符合資格的應徵者均會獲得僱用考量,且不受種族、膚色、宗教、信仰、性別、性傾向、性別認同、國籍、年齡、身心障礙、退伍軍人身分、婚姻或家庭狀況、是否領取公共援助,或是否為當地人權委員會成員及參與相關活動等因素影響。 #J-18808-Ljbffr General Mills, Inc.
