Manager Trainee

Overview Join to apply for the Manager Trainee role at Menards . This is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for management roles within Menards. As you progress, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work with you to develop your understanding of the business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future. Responsibilities Participate in a paid, fully structured Manager Trainee program with on-the-job training to develop management skills. Develop leadership abilities and knowledge of store operations to support daily store performance. Contribute to a promote-from-within culture and, upon program completion, be eligible to promote to roles across 330+ store locations, the Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers. Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to lead and develop a team. Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.
