Description Job Overview: 2pm-12am (Shift subject to change based on business needs) The Executive Host builds and maintains relationships with targeted gaming customers. Ensures proactive and on‑going communication with target customers through outbound phone, face to face interactions, emails and letters. Sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits. The Executive Host offers complimentaries using established and approved guidelines, as well as, good judgment. Leverages property amenities and marketing program to drive customer loyalty and revenue. Duties and Responsibilities Recruit new mid and high level players through various marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, on‑floor monitoring of play and off‑site functions Extend complimentary items and services to our guests by analyzing a guest’s play that is within the established guidelines Attract, develop and maintain relationships with target customers through the delivery of personalized service Greet and host target customers while on property; arrange and assure execution of special services Ensure and promote target customers have a player’s club card in use while on property Arrange for appropriate level of complementaries during visit Utilize HMS as a tool to document, track, and develop pipeline Appropriately resolve/deter customer complaints Assist with the development and execution of special events that promote or stimulate revenue growth Market and fill promotional events, both hosted and casino related Conduct phone marketing to target customers: invite them to the property or to special events Collaborate with work‑group and other support departments to ensure target customer satisfaction Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate customer wins Attain goals to meet company objectives Keep informed of all promotions, special events, daily facility hours of operation and all other relevant guest information Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment Must be twenty‑one (21) years of age or older Three (3) years’ experience as a successful Casino Host or Executive Host – required OR five (5) years’ experience in a Casino Marketing Supervisory or Management position – required Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills – required Previous experience making sound business decisions using detailed player statistics – required Successful previous experience dealing with difficult customers; must be able to resolve customer issues/complaints in a rational manner Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition Must work very flexible hours including week‑ends and holidays Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES Complaints about the recruitment or selection process for employment should be directed in writing to office of the President and CEO of Wind Creek Hospitality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
