Route Sales Representative Job category: Route Sales | City: Bend | State: Oregon | Pay: $64,000/year target earnings | Schedule: 45-50 hours/week (including weekends & holidays). Retention bonus available. Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (based on performance and eligibility). Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day. Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives Achieve a route with set days off/schedule with time Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment We operate 24 hours a day, so your schedule may be non‑traditional. Team members often work weekends and holidays. This is a physically demanding role; you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. The minimum qualifications of this job: Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation As a full‑time team member, you will be eligible to receive full company benefits.
