FINCA Impact Finance seeks a Senior Counsel - Financial Transactions and Corporate Affairs to provide strategic legal guidance across transactional, corporate, governance and regulatory matters in an international setting. The role focuses on loan facilities, debt instruments, mergers and acquisitions, intercompany arrangements and training of other attorneys, reporting to the General Counsel.
Requires a JD/LLM and 10+ years of experience in corporate finance.
