Job Description

We are seeking a  Program Coordinator to join our team on a 9/80 schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in  multi-program coordination, customer interfacing, ERP and MS Project scheduling, and risk management and a proven ability to  drive program execution, resolve constraints, and deliver accurate status and compliance documentation .

Responsibilities:

• Manage 2+ programs weekly and support program managers on larger, business-critical initiatives.
• Administer documentation reviews, including statements of work, product specifications, and proposal materials; create compliance matrices and support contract reviews.
• Use ERP and MS Project to assess material flow and identify resource constraints across materials, personnel, and customer dependencies; create and oversee mitigation plans.
• Report weekly and monthly to management on constraint status and job progress.
• Maintain risk registers, determine risk levels, and run regular standups for Lean Product Development programs.
• Champion continuous improvement; complete LPD training; lead at least two project planning events and risk reduction meetings.
• Conduct weekly primary customer interface and provide monthly written updates on status and deliverables (SDRL and program-related).
• Provide weekly and monthly program status to program management and site leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of customer service-related experience, or associate degree with 6 years of customer service-related experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and programs with organized execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Project or comparable scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze constraints, maintain risk registers, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Lean Product Development and continuous improvement practices.
• Background in contract and compliance documentation, including SDRLs and SOWs.
