Job Details Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion - Aurora, CO Department: Respiratory Care FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 per hour (dependent on experience) Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Registered as a Respiratory Therapist in Colorado. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, valid for 60 days. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 1 year if assigned to NICU. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year if assigned to ED. Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope respiratory therapy in direct patient care, using established protocols and best practices. Partners effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Prioritizes patient wellness, perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Precepts new healthcare staff and assists with their professional development. Contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
