MRI Technologist Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift available for 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. The candidate will operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Responsibilities Perform MRI scans of various body parts. Use specialized imaging equipment, including GE 1.5 Signa and GE 1.5 Optima. Prepare and administer contrast media as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and patient care standards. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of charge experience in MRI. Valid ARRT (R) certification. BLS certification required; ARRT (R)(MRI) preferred. California Radiologic Technologist license is required. IV certification preferred prior to start. Location Position is located in California.
