Adecco is partnering with a leading distribution and logistics company in Henderson, NV, to recruit dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators. About the Role: As a Forklift Operator with Adecco, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, tuggers, and cherry pickers (Jois) to move, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure the smooth flow of daily operations in a modern, organized facility committed to employee success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and Jois to move, pick, stage, load, and unload products and materials in accordance with safety standards.

• Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and work orders to accurately track inventory movement, maintain records, and report discrepancies.

• Perform inventory replenishment, stock rotation, and organize storage areas to optimize efficiency.

• Conduct pre-shift inspections on equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

• Adhere to all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.

• Support additional warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• Maintain a clean workspace consistent with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience operating forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, Jois (cherry pickers), or similar powered industrial equipment.

• Forklift certification is a plus, or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and inventory accuracy.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
