Lithion Battery works closely with OEM manufacturers and end users to provide custom and high-quality power solutions for critical applications where reliability is paramount.Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Lead, the Material Handler is a liaison between the warehouse, production, and shipping & receiving areas. The successful candidate is responsible for delivering job materials to workstations, fulfilling material requests, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with customer fulfillment. This role is based in Henderson, NV at our Lake Mead location.Key Responsibilities & TasksWire and assemble HomeGrid Cubes for shipmentInput ERP (M1) transactions and other data entry, while ensuring inventory control and accuracyPerform and report cycle countsWork with Engineering to assess and recommend material yield factorsMaintain in-process inventory in workstations by delivering and preparing materials and supplies as neededOrganize and repackage materials appropriatelyFill out Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) forms as requiredPrepare and package finished goods for shipmentLoad and unload trucks, using forklift as requiredSupport logistics with inventory movement in and out of the warehousePerform other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1-3 years' experience in inventory control and/or shipping/receiving.Working knowledge of computers and office software (ERP, Outlook, MS Office)Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Great communication and collaboration skillsExperience operating forklifts/material moving equipment preferredDOT Certification for shipping hazardous materials preferredForklift Certification preferredWe thank all those who have shown interest in this position, however only those being selected for an interview will be contacted.
