Dealer Claims Clerk

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 2nd, M-F 4p-12:30am

SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW

To ensure that all dealer returns are investigated, processed, and responded to in a timely manner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES

• Reviews all returns from dealers to get to root cause
• Respond to issues in the Ford PCS claim site
• Confirms all necessary paperwork that arrives with the stock
• Completes the return process or denies complaints based on investigation
• Break down all stock
• Works with the warehouse to return material to stock.
• Performs other duties as assigned

SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS (List specific skills required but not defined in Dimensions)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read packaging specifications in English
• Ability to navigate through SAP screens
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Ford System
