Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support lead follow-up, customer outreach, and day-to-day sales activity.
This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys speaking with prospective customers, and is comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers by phone and email
Follow up with inbound leads and sales inquiries
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM systems
Schedule calls, demos, and follow-up conversations
Support account executives with sales activity
Track open opportunities and pending follow-up tasks
Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with prospective customers
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Good organization and follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM and office software
Professional and dependable
Previous sales, customer-facing, or business development experience is preferred
