Now we are growing the team and looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own executive search across the portfolio. Why this role stands out Work across 30+ B2B software companies at C-level - breadth and exposure no single-company TA role can match A genuine seat at the table: Talent sits inside Monterro's deal rhythm - you work directly with MDs, boards, and deal teams Focus exclusively on the most senior hires: CEOs, CFOs, CROs, CTOs, CPOs, CMOs, and board members Build the future of executive search rather than read about it - AI-native workflows, proprietary data, and the Monterro AI Talent Brain Join a senior team growing to four, with real ownership from day one: the portfolio hiring playbook and portfolio relationships are yours Be part of building Europe's leading B2B software growth investor - EUR 3.1bn AUM and a growing Nordic footprint What you will do Run end-to-end executive search for C-level and board positions across the portfolio - fully in-house, from market mapping through signed offer Act as sounding board and strategic advisor to portfolio company boards on succession planning, org design, and leadership assessment Evaluate leadership teams and organizational capability as part of Monterro's due diligence on new investments Apply Monterro's evidence-based assessment standard: structured scorecards, interview intelligence, psychometric testing, and in-depth referencing Own the rollout of Monterro's portfolio hiring playbook - the processes, tools, and training that upgrade how 30+ companies hire Work agent-first: direct AI workflows for market mapping, outreach, and reporting - keeping human judgment on everything that involves persuasion, confidentiality, or trust Co-own Monterro's Nordic operator community and deliver leadership development, including the Top Talent Program Who you are Significant experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition - ideally from retained search or in-house executive recruitment Demonstrated exposure to technology, software, or SaaS - you understand the landscape and speak the language AI-fluent: you already work with AI tools in your process and want to direct agent-assisted workflows A program driver with strong assessment skills - you care about evidence and validity, not gut feel Commercial mindset and the credibility to build trusted relationships with boards, CEOs, and portfolio leadership Fluent in English plus Swedish or another Nordic language; based in Stockholm, comfortable with regular Nordic travel About Monterro Monterro is a hands-on B2B software growth investor - for company builders, by company builders.
