Position Summary: The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in Empower's dynamic, hyper-growth 503A/503B environment by driving impactful business insights and strategic financial planning. This position is responsible for owning financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, leveraging AI to enhance speed, scale, and decision-making quality. The role demands strategic thinking, execution rigor, and learning agility, to align with Empower's talent expectations. As a key contributor, the Senior FP&A Analyst ensures financial strategies are aligned with business objectives, delivering data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and sustained growth.
