Ground-floor Finance Systems role - be the system / transformation expert for a fast-growing tech company's US expansion Clear pathway to Finance Transformation Manager, with the opportunity to build a team over time Work directly with global finance leadership on high-visibility initiatives About the Company Our client is a fast-growing, publicly listed technology company operating in the AI and data infrastructure space, with a rapidly expanding US footprint. Having recently completed a major system implementation, the business is now investing in building out dedicated finance systems capability to support its North American operations for the first time. The Opportunity This is one of the first dedicated Finance Systems / Transformation roles created to support the US business — a genuine ground-floor opportunity to become the finance systems expert for the region, with a clear pathway to a Finance Transformation Manager role and the potential to build and lead a small team over time. You won't be walking into another major implementation — the transformation agenda is already live. Instead, you'll be the person who makes it work better every day: supporting the finance team, driving process improvement, and deepening your own systems expertise along the way. What You'll Do Support the maintenance, administration, and optimisation of finance systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency Provide functional support, troubleshooting, training, and configuration assistance to finance system users Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close through system knowledge and reporting Contribute to system governance, documentation, and change control in line with audit and internal control requirements Build and maintain finance reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders Work with vendors and external partners on system enhancements and continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to optimise system usage What We're Looking For ~6–10 years' experience across finance systems, accounting, ERP support, finance transformation, functional SAP consulting, or business analysis — a pure accounting background isn't required SAP experience is a strong plus, but genuine motivation to learn SAP in depth matters more than existing technical depth Solid grounding in accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills A hands-on, curious, "figure it out" attitude — this role rewards drive and initiative over technical perfection Comfortable working US business hours with some cross-timezone collaboration Why This Role Genuine career runway: a defined pathway to Finance Transformation Manager The chance to shape finance systems capability for a US business from an early stage Work directly with global finance leadership on high-visibility initiatives Competitive base plus meaningful short- and long-term incentive upside #J-18808-Ljbffr Lemon Talent
