Work Environment\n

This remote position allows therapists the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from their chosen environment while still engaging with a supportive team. We operate on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a work-life balance that promotes mental health and job satisfaction. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, determining the intensity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment plans.

• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, preferences, and challenges.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster effective coping mechanisms.

• Providing psychoeducation and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, enhancing their understanding and self-care practices.

• Regularly monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving requirements.

• Working harmoniously with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Staying updated with the latest research and developments in the field to enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Maintaining meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines related to confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients grappling with mood disorders, ranging from mild to severe conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. The clientele may also include vulnerable groups such as refugees, individuals affected by domestic violence, and those experiencing homelessness. Your role is crucial in providing not just therapeutic support, but also a safe space for clients to navigate their emotional landscapes and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
