Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Touchstone, you will:

• Conduct assessments and therapeutic sessions with couples, individuals, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate sessions to address crucial family dynamics, including communication styles, conflicts, and emotional responses to various issues such as job stress and health challenges.

• Implement therapeutic techniques for addressing specific challenges, including but not limited to blended family adjustments, grief and loss, and substance abuse.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating seamless care coordination.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in case consultations to enhance clinical skills and improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will be at the forefront of helping families navigate complex issues while providing a safe space for individuals to explore their personal experiences. This may include working with clients dealing with separation, divorce, and adjustments in family structure, as well as those experiencing interpersonal conflicts or trauma.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting with a focus on family systems therapy and client-centered practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas will be favored:

Compensation and Benefits\n
