Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of issues such as relationship dynamics, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic modalities to create tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Providing crisis intervention and support when necessary, helping clients navigate through critical moments in their lives.

• Participating in collegial supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic focus will encompass a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, and individuals. You will engage with various populations dealing with complex issues, such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
