Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth.

• Document ongoing client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously according to clinic policies, including thorough case notes and treatment plan updates.

• Offer innovative therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to meet and exceed their personal goals, drawing on evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, educational staff, medical personnel, and families to provide cohesive and supportive care.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring positive client experiences and engagement throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will provide therapy for those dealing with issues such as relationship problems, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma, fostering a safe space for each client to express themselves and work through their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
