Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, expertly navigating and facilitating discussions centered around relational and emotional issues.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals, needs, and backgrounds, ensuring a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, employing effective de-escalation techniques and resource referrals when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to create comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a varied patient population that encompasses diverse backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. Clients may present with concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, and trauma to complex family dynamics and marital issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proven experience providing effective therapy services, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, characterized by the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with a reliable capacity for managing time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience in providing marriage and family therapy.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a strong technical aptitude to facilitate smooth virtual sessions.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
