Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a conducive environment for counseling.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and their families.

• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of client progress, including assessments, treatment goals, and outcomes, in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as required, helping clients to navigate urgent emotional or psychological challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions relevant to marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services remotely, showcasing familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective relationship-building and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
