Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the unique needs and concerns of clients.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families based on their specific mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that are engaging, therapeutic, and outcome-oriented, ensuring all sessions are documented accurately for continuity of care.

• Guide clients in building essential coping skills, effective problem-solving techniques, and stress management strategies tailored to their real-life situations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer holistic care, ensuring coordinated services that address all aspects of client wellness.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic health records (EHR) of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional education and training programs to remain abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with diverse clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, relational challenges, trauma, and life transitions. You will use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.

• At least 2 years of supervised experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
