Bilingual Family Intervention Specialist (In-Home)

Youth Villages in Boston, MA seeks a Bilingual Family Intervention Specialist to support high-need youth and families in their homes and communities. You will carry a caseload of 4–6 families, conduct frequent sessions, and coordinate with schools, courts, and other providers. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a Master’s or Bachelor’s in social services, and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
