You’ll own critical functions including hiring, compliance, clinical billing, and fundraising support. What You Will Do Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, leading special projects, hiring initiatives, and preparation for fundraising and board meetings. Build and manage the company’s compliance and billing rails, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes. Establish the revenue cycle management function, overseeing claims, denials, and collections while building out the company’s analytics and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate Proven 0-to-1 operator with a track record of building operating functions from scratch in high-growth or selective environments. Exceptional agency and generalist speed, capable of navigating complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a hands‑on approach to execution.
