Job Opportunity: Primary Care Physician

Our organization, a 25-bed critical access hospital, is actively seeking a full-time or part-time primary care physician to join our skilled and collaborative team. As part of a comprehensive healthcare network, our Primary Care team provides expert, patient-focused medical services across various locations, including Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Waldoboro, and Wiscasset in Maine.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education/Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or an equivalent program.
• Licenses/Certifications: Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to secure and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is $257,500 . Total compensation packages may also include recruitment bonuses, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, and quality incentives based on eligibility.
