Technical Scrum Master

To manage application retirement and decommissioning workstreams, the full-time Technical Scrum Master will lead a specialized team through the design and delivery phases, ensuring dependencies are tracked and executed effectively in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Lead and facilitate technical working sessions focused on cloud migration and bridge communication between architects and stakeholders Drive end-to-end delivery of the data modeling framework while proactively managing backlog dependencies Maintain a high-integrity backlog in JIRA and provide robust progress reporting to senior leadership Required qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience Proven track record of moving projects from "Abstract Design" to "Technical Delivery. Expertise in JIRA for managing complex, non-linear design tasks Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks in data-heavy environments Experience in managing agile governance and reporting processes
