Join 9,000 colleagues in North America (35,000 globally) who believe clean, safe, and organized spaces elevate everyone’s work.Why this role mattersDo you notice fingerprints on glass no one else sees?Do you take pride when a floor shines and a room feels fresh?Do you follow procedures exactly—especially with chemicals and equipment?If yes, you’ll thrive as the go‑to professional caring for our headquarters, medical clinic, and other assigned facilities.What you’ll handleFollow department cleaning procedures and quality standards.Keep interiors and adjacent areas clean and orderly.Dust, polish, sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum.Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with squeegees and proper cleaners.Sanitize and restock restrooms.Load/unload dishwashers; wipe counters; service coffee equipment; reset caterings and conference rooms.Use chemical cleaners and power machinery per guidelines to protect floors and fixtures.Maintain custodial tools; perform preventative upkeep; manage chemical and consumable inventory.Assist with training and take on related tasks as assigned.You’ll report to the Company Services Supervisor and support multiple spaces across the campus.What you bringHigh school diploma or G.E.D.Preferred: hands‑on time with vacuums, floor buffers, and common cleaning solutions.Basic English reading and writing skills.Accuracy and an eye for detail.Stamina for standing, walking, and repetitive motions over long periods.Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.Compensation, schedule, and locationStarting pay: $16 per hourShift differential: $1 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 3PM – 11PMWorksite: 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069Benefits that support youComprehensive Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. 401K Savings Plan with Company Matching Contributions, Paid Holidays and Vacation.Accessibility and accommodationsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
