Researchers around the world are using NVIDIA GPUs to power a revolution in Deep Learning and enable breakthroughs in numerous areas. What You Will Be Doing Work on the cutting edge processor design in deep submicron technologies, and on standard cell library design and characterization. Driving the concepts of the transistor level circuit design, modeling and performance analysis process. Support and development of tools using Perl/Python. We will develop creative new insights to support existing tools and flows and develop simulations to perform timing, power, noise, and OCV evaluations. Collaborate with cross‑function teams regarding library issues and improve our quality checks on the library work. What We Need To See Recently graduated with an MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. Background in deep submicron process issues. Understanding of the design, verification, and characterization of standard cell libraries, generating timing, power, noise, and OCV views of the standard cells, validating data and QA process. Familiarity with Liberty models and their application to digital implementation and signoff flows. Experience running SPICE simulation and capability to adapt to new simulation tools. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, Make, and automation methods/algorithms. Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly, be hard‑working, and results‑oriented. Past standard cell library or IP characterization experience is a plus.
