Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and documentation
• Experience supporting children and adolescents with varying abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in school-based therapy is a plus

Position Duties:

• Deliver OT services to students in accordance with IEP/504 plans
• Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
