Assistant General Manager – Golden Eagle Foods (Wendy’s)Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join a winning team? As an Assistant General Manager at Wendy’s, you’ll play a key role in driving success, managing a motivated team, and creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for both your customers and team members.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Co-Manager or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in QSR (preferably Wendy’s or another fast-food restaurant)
- Motivated Leader – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to help your team succeed
- Great Communicator – You’re able to connect with your team and lead by example
- Team Player – You work well with others and foster a positive, inclusive environment
- Availability to work shifts the sales/business require. Usually a mid shift, with an occasional morning, evening or overnight
