Full Stack Software Engineer

With our client, you'll be part of an innovative tech environment and meet real farm credit customer needs. Our client is seeking Full Stack Software Engineers who are passionate about building products with automation on AWS and On-prem, data with emerging technologies. This opportunity will support the agile development teams in automating business processes and build foundational SPA and BFF architecture on AWS. As a full stack Software Engineer, you will be leading an opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
- Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Years Exp: 10+.
- Reports to: Director or VP.
- Leadership/Contributions: May lead multiple layers of resources.
Required Skills:
- Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks.
- Advanced Degree or Certifications? Yes, highest possible.
- 4+ years experience as full stack engineer
- Candidates must have a combination of React, Node, Python, Express.js, TypeScript
- Lending team will use React, Python, TypeScript
- Leasing team will use Node, Express.js, APIs, Python, and some React, and TypeScript
- Candidates will be slotted based on skill set--don't overthink this, just sub and company will position accordingly
- Experience with AWS is a must have
- Experience with Terraform is required
- API integration/development
- SQL
- End to end testing using Playwright (I will sub candidates with other end to end testing frameworks)
- Containerization w/ Docker, Kubernetes, EKS is very helpful
