This role manages the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for...Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles across various departmentsPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop customized sourcing strategiesWrite and post job descriptions on internal and external job boardsSource candidates through online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referralsScreen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviewsProvide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates in collaboration with HR and department leadersTrack and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance ratesParticipate in career fairs, industry events, and employer branding initiativesStay informed on employment laws, recruitment trends, and market dataWhat skills & experience you'll bring to usBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency settingProficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS) and LinkedIn RecruiterStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume recruiting environmentFamiliarity with employment law and HR best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr Rose-Paving-LL
