Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools
• Analyze business performance, profitability, and operational metrics
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial analyses for leadership
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
• Partner with operations and department leaders to support strategic initiatives
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to drive business results
• Assist with long-range planning and decision-support analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, construction, industrial services, or other project-driven environments is highly preferred
• Exposure to project accounting or job costing methodologies is considered a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Partner with operational teams to support business objectives
• Assist in developing and strengthening internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CPA designation or CPA-track preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, construction, industrial services, or other project-based environments is highly desirable
• Exposure to cost accounting, project accounting, or job costing practices is considered a plus

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
