Construction Project EngineerWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Engineer to oversee and manage projects, which have scopes that include tenant improvements, ground-up construction, and renovation work. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. In addition, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of seasoned industry leaders within Hawaii's dynamic and thriving construction market.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.Essential SkillsStrong understanding of construction processes and procedures.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership and project management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in self-storage construction projects is a plus.Relevant certifications in construction management or engineering.Work EnvironmentThe role requires working on-site at various construction locations. The work environment involves working outdoors and in all weather conditions. Appropriate safety gear and attire must be worn at all times.Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
