Rate: CAD 70 to 78 per hour

Role Summary: We are hiring for a Senior Data Product Manager - GTM Data & Intelligence , where the selected candidate will work on a data and intelligence product focused on translating strategic business priorities into trusted, scalable, and actionable data products. The role combines product management, data, analytics, and engineering, with a strong focus on strategic planning, stakeholder management, and enterprise data product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate strategic business goals and stakeholder needs into product roadmaps, product plans, epics, releases, and actionable requirements.

• Lead product discovery with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand user needs, use cases, workflows, and desired outcomes.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, strategic alignment, dependencies, technical feasibility, and implementation effort.

• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, BI teams, and Data Governance specialists throughout the product lifecycle.

• Manage product backlogs, requirements, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure technical solutions remain aligned with intended business and user outcomes.

• Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders while communicating priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and progress.

• Establish feedback loops and success measures to improve product quality, adoption, scalability, and business impact.

• Identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, simplification, and automation rather than one-off solutions.

• Support the development of trusted, reusable, and scalable data and intelligence products that improve Go-to-Market decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in strategic planning and translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.

• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams.

• Experience in analytics and data science product management.

• Experience as a Data Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar role working with technically complex products.

• Strong experience with product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional delivery.

• Experience translating ambiguous business problems and stakeholder needs into clear product plans.

• Experience managing epics, releases, backlogs, dependencies, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
