Full-Time Primary Care Physician – Concierge Medicine & Women’s Health

San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health Center (SDSM) is one of the largest independently owned primary care group practices in San Diego. With five locations across San Diego, our multidisciplinary practice offers a wide range of services including Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Urgent Care, Executive Wellness, Physical Therapy, Concierge Medicine, and Firefighter Wellness.

We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our group, with a particular interest in concierge medicine, women’s health, preventive care, and long-term patient relationships. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care while developing a more personalized, relationship-based practice for patients seeking enhanced access, continuity, and preventive health services.

The ideal physician enjoys getting to know patients over time and taking a comprehensive approach to their health and wellness. The position will include general primary care as well as a strong focus on women’s health, preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on continuity and long-term patient relationships
• Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including preventive care, annual wellness exams, reproductive and menopausal health, and management of common women’s health concerns
• Deliver personalized preventive and wellness-focused care to concierge medicine patients
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the spectrum of Family Medicine
• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EHR

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Strong interest and experience in women’s health
• Interested in concierge and relationship-based primary care
• Committed to preventive medicine, wellness, and whole-person care
• Values continuity and developing long-term relationships with patients
• Excellent communicator who works well in a collaborative practice environment
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000
• Production incentive bonus
