Job Overview:

Pay Range: $24.00hr - $29.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Criminal BG Check, 7 years (address: county, city, state, national).
• SSN Verification, 7 year history.
• OFAC search.
• Past employment history, last 2 employers.
• MK Denial.
• 5 panel (DOT No THC).
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge in manufacturing and quality processes and principles.
• Ability to read and understand technical product specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in wet operations, chemicals, paint, dryfilm, sandblast, Passivation, Alkaline Clean.
• Leadership experience and ability to work well with a team as a leader.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with inspecting components to the proper customer and production specifications.
• Perform housekeeping duties on a regular basis as necessary.
• Prepare daily production reports and forms.
• Adheres to company EH&S, Quality, and other company policies.
• Assists other operators with processing activities such as components weight counting, glass beading, changing tank solutions, and parts movement between locations.
• Train on part washing line and blasting machines.
• Maintain records and quality standards.
• Manage flow of lots, work, and processes.
• Perform parts cleaning, sorting, and blasting.
• Handle Hot Molten Salt.
• Troubleshoot part wash machine.
• Perform stripping of all coatings including Chromate, Water Break Free Test, Passivation, Conversion Coatings, and Dyes.
• Aid in Nacap audit preparation.

• General plating skills at a Plating Tech I level.
• General plating skills at a Plating Tech II level.

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
